The Clay Mask And Why It’s a Classic

My oily/acne-prone skin just loves a good clay mask.  Here’s a tip:

Don’t Touch Your Face

I was sitting across from my best friend and she asks me “so what does it mean if I keep breaking out on my chin?” I told her that usually breakouts on the chin denote an issue with the small intestine and digestion or it could just be she’s touching her face too much.  Over the rest of our lunch she became hyper aware of how often she touched her chin.  A lot of us have this habit, and once you’re aware of it, you’ll really notice how often you do it.  Sometimes it’s our chin or our cheeks, but it’s quite common to touch your face when you’re listening to someone in conversation or when we are engrossed in our work.  If you’re noticing that you’re breaking out in a certain area chances are your hands are the culprit and not a product you’re using.
